The Carter Law Firm is a law practice that primarily serves the greater Houston, Texas area. The Firm is led by Eric G. Carter Jr. a seasoned trial lawyer with over 40 years of experience ranging over nearly every area of the law. The firm grew with the addition of his two sons: Kyle Carter in 2001 and Eric William Carter in 2007. Kyle Carter has since left the firm to serve the people of Harris County as Judge of the 125th Civil District Court. Eric William Carter currently serves the people of Harris County as Justice of the Peace of Precinct 1, Place 1.
Eric G. Carter Jr. and Eric William Carter continue to work in their family business, which focuses on litigation, mediation and arbitration services.
